The Judicial Review hearing will take place on Tuesday 20 June. The court location will be confirmed at a later date.
Leader of the District Council, Patrick Molyneux said: “We are obviously disappointed that Midcounties Co-operative has decided to challenge the permission, but we remain confident with the decision made and will continue to robustly defend our position.”
