Noise and Nuisance Complaints

The environmental health team at the council are responsible for investigating noise and nuisance complaints across the district. The team dealt with nearly 500 requests for assistance in the last year. The officers work to control noise from both domestic homes and commercial businesses. We also deal with nuisance such as smells, dust and a range of other environmental health problems.
