There are several ways you can pay your bill :
Online
via our secure web payment facility please follow the instructions on the "home" page.
Direct Debit
Payment can be made by direct debit on the 1st, 15th, 22nd or 30th of the month. Your annual bill can usually be paid by 10 or 12 monthly instalments. This method of payment is a simple, modern way of paying and is used by most major organisations, including British Telecom, electricity companies and water companies. Payment by this method saves you writing out cheques, or perhaps queing at the post office. You will receive advance notice of the amount you will have to pay before your first instalment is due. Phone
Payment by Debit and Credit Card can be made over the telephone by calling 01594 810000. A 1.6% charge is made for payment by credit card.
Post
Cheques should be made payable to Forest of Dean District Council, and sent to:
Council Offices,
High Street,
Coleford,
Glos.
GL16 8HG
You should write the payment reference number shown on your bill on the back of your cheque.
Postdated cheques will not be accepted.
In person
Payment can be made by debit card or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Forest of Dean District Council.
Post Office
To use this method you will need aa payment card. Your card must be taken with your payment to the post office. Payment can be made by cash or cheque - cheques should be made payable to Post Office Limited. You should make your payment to the post office at least 3 working days before the payment is due.
