At any stage of making a complaint you can also contact your local councillor(s). Find out who your local councillor is here.

If you wish to complain about a nuisance caused by a member of the public or a business, we won't be able to take any action unless we can investigate how the nuisance is affecting you, therefore we would need your contact details.
