Would you like to pay a compliment, comment on, or make a complaint about any of the Forest of Dean District Council’s services?

We aim to provide high quality services, and would be delighted to hear from you if you feel that we have achieved this. We do accept that occasionally things can go wrong. If you think we have let you down, please tell us so that we can put things right. This will also help us to ensure that people have fewer problems in future. Please also tell us if you have any general suggestions on how we can improve services; we are interested in your views.

We are committed to using information gained from your feedback to help drive forward improvements to services and to better meet customer needs. Whatever you have to say we will take it seriously.

You can contact the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO), although the Ombudsman will only investigate a complaint once it has been through our complaints procedure (there are exceptions to this, advice can be obtained from the LGO).
