Forest Leisure Lydney offers a range of instructor led health and fitness classes for all abilities. Some classes take place in the gymnasium, whilst our popular aqua aerobics classes are in the pool.
You can get Health and Fitness Class times 24/7 by telephoning our automated 'Time Line' on 01594 812600.
The minimum age for our fitness and aqua aerobic classes is 14 years.
