The facilities on offer at Forest Leisure Lydney are:

• Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
• Air Conditioned Fitness Suite (For Ages 16+ Only)
• Sports Hall (suitable for Badminton, Short Tennis, 5 a-side Football, Volley Ball etc)
• Gymnasium
• Three Squash Courts
• Outdoor Floodlit Artificial Pitch
• Outdoor Tennis Courts
• Outdoor Netball Courts
• Grass Pitches
• Multi-Purpose Meeting Room/Fitness Class Studio

The facilities are ‘joint use’, that is they are shared with Whitecross School.  The majority of public use of the dryside facilities takes place during evenings, weekends and school holidays. 

Daytime use of the swimming pool is available at various times and the Fitness Suite is open to the public from 9.00am each day.
