The facilities on offer at Forest Leisure Sedbury are:
- Fully Equipped Air Conditioned Family Fitness Suite
- Designated Junior Fitness Suite Area
- Sports Hall (Suitable for Badminton, Tennis, Netball, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball
and Football) - Dance/Fitness Class Studio
- Outdoor Courts
- Outdoor Grass Pitches
- Male and Female Changing Rooms
The facilities are ‘joint use’, that is they are shared with Wyedean School. The majority of public use takes place during evenings, weekends and school holidays.
The fitness suite is open to customers from 9.00am on weekdays until 12.45pm and then re-opens at 3.30pm in the evening until 9.00pm. On a Saturday the fitness suite is open from 9.00am to 12noon and on a Sunday it opens from 9.00am to 11.45am.
