Forest Youth Forum

The opinions and ideas of young people matter to us here at the Forest of Dean District Council and we are proud to have strong links with the Forest Youth Forum.

The Youth Forum is a group of young people ages 13 to 19 years old, who live in the Forest district and meet to discuss issues that matter to young people. They meet fortnightly at the Main Place in Coleford. The members of the Forum have regular contact with our Children and Young People's Champion and the Lead Officer for children and young people. We want to ensure there is every opportunity for young people to air their views and input to decision making processes that effect them.
