At development control (planning) meetings

 

The Forest of Dean District Council allows members of the public and parish and town councils to speak at meetings of the Development Control Committee, sometimes referred to as the Planning Committee.
 
The committee meets at 2pm on the second Tuesday of each month in the council chamber, and a list of applications to be determined is published at least five clear days in advance.
 
It is essential to read this leaflet Guidance for Public Speaking at Planning Committee before registering to speak, to make sure you are following the protocol. All requests must be submitted before noon on the day immediately before the meeting (usually a Monday).
