Zumba is an extremely popular way to keep fit and have fun whilst exercising to Latin American Music. Classes are available at Forest Leisure Cinderford on Mondays from 5.45pm to 6.45pm then 7.00pm to 8.00pm and Wednesdays from 8.00pm to 9.00pm. Please Call Forest Leisure Cinderford on Tel. 01594 824008 for further details. Forest Leisure Coleford will be starting weekly Zumba classes on Tuesday 28th September from 6.00pm to 6.45pm. There is also a Zumba class on Tuesdays at the Miner's Welfare Hall in Cinderford from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
Zumba class participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes and to take water with them to the classes.
