Licence - Street collection

Street collection licencegives service providers and entrepreneurs from the EU and EEA the information and support they need to set up or do business in other EU or EEA markets

Licence summary

To collect money or sell articles for the benefit of charitable or other purposes in England or Wales, you require a street collection licence from your local council.

In an effort to ensure that residents are not asked to support several charities on the same day we will not give permission for more than one collection in an area on the same day. Permits are issued on a first-come first-serve basis. We will only issue permits for specific dates and areas. Our most recent diary for Street Collections is available on this link. Please use this to select your preferred date for your street collection.
