The Northern United Site - the redevelopment will result in jobs for local people at our Western gateway

Steam Mills Housing Development - a mix of quality, affordable and market sale housing at our Eastern gateway

Valley Road Housing Development - a mix of quality, affordable and market sale housing at our Southern gateway

Town Centre Improvements - enhancements to the local streets, resulting in a safer, more attractive environment
