Baseline Report

The baseline report is a factual report that identifies the strengths and weakness of Lydney and provides a sound basis for the preparation of the Lydney Area Action Plan. The baseline report reviews the historical development of Lydney, the socio-economic context and the built and natural heritage of the area. The baseline report does not consider options for the future development of Lydney. 

The baseline report will evolve as further information comes to light.  The draft baseline report is available on the council’s planning consultation portal - http://fdean-consult.limehouse.co.uk/portal.  A public consultation took place from the 31st January until the 13th March 2011.  The baseline report will be updated as required and the council welcomes suggestions of any further evidence that could be included in the document.
