Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV

Cardiac Rehabilitation offers those who have previously suffered a cardiac episode the opportunity to exercise in a safe and friendly environment with a highly trained exercise professional from the British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation, who is registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's) at a level 4. People who join this scheme have normally completed phase 111, however this is not essential.
