Community Transport

THE FOREST OF DEAN COMMUNITY TRANSPORT PARTNERSHIP has applied for Lottery Reaching Communities Funding to improve transport links for the local community.

Community Transport Partnership Reaching Communities Full Application was submitted on the 27th November; due to the value being requested the application goes through a vetting process which takes some time - we can expect to hear back within four months.

Partners would like to thank everyone who completed the questionnaire as this gave us good up to date evidence of need to support our application.

Information will continue to be posted on this page but if you have any queries regarding the application you can email: communitytransport@fdean.org.uk or contact Lena on Tel: 01594 812609

If we are successful the funding will:

  • Offer better information
  • Make it easier to access Community Transport
  • Provide more of it
  • Improve links and connections
