Details of current applications for a premises licence under section 17, provisional statements under section 29*, to vary a premises licence under section 34 and a club premises certificate under section 71 or to vary a club premises certificate under section 84 are listed below.

Representations must be made in writing. Forms to make representations are available here Representation Form (word) or Representation Form (pdf).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is currently £5000.
*Where an application is made for a provisional statement under section 29 then section 32 of the Licensing Act 2003 restricts representations when a full application is made.
