Car parking charges will resume from 15 June.

For all current car park permit holders these will be extended for one month.

Cemeteries and funerals

Yew Tree Brake Cemetery is open to visitors (other than those attending a funeral) 9am to 8pm seven days a week.

Mile End Cemetery is open to visitors (other than those attending a funeral) 9am to 8pm seven days a week.

Access to toilets and water sources will be unavailable at either site so visitors should bring water with them if required for flowers.

Social distancing must be observed at all times.  No social gatherings should take place.

The situation will be revisited should longer working hours be required or cremations and funerals take place on Saturday or Sunday.

More information is available in the Government regulations on funerals and cemeteries.
