Council Christmas opening hours and changes to waste collections

Our offices will close for the Christmas break at 4.30pm on Friday 21 December, re-opening at 9.00am on Thursday 27 December and Friday 28 December.

The offices will be closed again on Monday 31 December and Tuesday 1 January, then open as usual from Wednesday 2 January 2019.

If residents wish to contact Forest Linkline or Cotswold Careline during the closure period, please call 01594 810000 and listen to the message carefully before selecting the options.

If you are, or will become homeless and are in need of emergency accommodation over the festive period whilst the District Council offices are closed, please call 01452 614194, except on Monday 24th & Monday 31st between 9am and 5pm, when residents will need to call 0151 432943.

If you are worried about someone who is sleeping rough, you can help by providing as much info about them as you can via the Streetlink website  An App is available for mobiles or you can call 0300 500 0914.  During evenings and weekends help is available by calling the Emergency Duty Team by calling 01452 614 194.
