The Chairman read a short statement in support of all those that serve and have served in the Armed Forces.
Chairman of the Forest of Dean District Council, Councillor Marrilyn Smart OBE said: “The Armed Forces Day ceremony at our Coleford offices gives the staff and members at the District Council an opportunity to show our continued support for the men and women who make up the armed forces community. This includes not only currently serving troops but also their families, veterans and cadets. The ceremony highlights our support and admiration for members of the armed services past and present.”
