Show some love for Bromsberrow - could you represent your local parish?

Do you live in the parish of Bromsberrow (or within three miles of it) and are you interested in helping to shape its future?

Bromsberrow parish is looking for local people to stand for its parish council.

During the nomination period for the recent district and parish elections Forest of Dean District Council did not receive enough nominations for the parish of Bromsberrow and it is now seeking further candidates. 

Claire Hughes, Returning Officer for Forest of Dean District Council said, “If you live in the Bromsberrow area and you’re interested in local politics please get in touch with us on 01594 812629 or email elec.reg@fdean.gov.uk.

“Bromsberrow Parish Council is represented by seven councillors. During the recent nomination process Forest of Dean District Council received one nomination and that person has been elected to the parish council. 

“A further six councillors are needed to fill the vacant seats.”

The Notice of Election will be published on 15 May. Nominations will open on 15 May and will close at 4pm on 23rd May. If more than six nominations are received an election will be held on Thursday 20 June 2019.
