Book a building inspection
There are different stages of your project that will need a building inspection. We will let you know which stages apply to you and when you will need to book inspections.
The different stages are:
- commencement
- foundations
- oversite
- drainage
- floor
- roof
- miscellaneous, for example, structural steelwork, insulation
- occupation
- completion, once this is complete you will get a completion certificate which you will need if you ever sell the property

If you phone us before 3pm we will usually be able to arrange an inspection for the next working day.
Make sure you have the details of the project, including the builder’s contact details, reference number and when the work will be ready for inspection.
