Gloucestershire County Council are responsible for the definitive footpath network and public rights of way.

All Public Right of Way (PROW) enquiries should be directed to Gloucestershire County Council, with the exception of applications to divert footpaths to allow development that has been granted planning consent to take place.  

Apply to divert a footpath

To apply fill out the application form and the acceptance of costs and return it by email to [email protected] or by post to Local Plan Team, Forest of Dean District Council, High Street, Coleford, GL16 8HG.
